Circus Strongman Valantin Dikul
I have just discovered the Circus Strongman Valantin Dikul.

What an amazing person. He recovered from a severe injury in 1962. He now helps others recover too. Check out the video of him on the main page. believe the guy was in his fifties when he did this! Wow!

He really is an inspiration to us all.

Remember you're never too old and it's never too late to keep on improving in your kettlebell training. It certainly has given life to Valantin Dikul.
